Well, I have that prepared for you aswell!

CREATE FUNCTION dbo.InitCap(@string varchar(max))
RETURNS varchar(max)
AS
BEGIN
RETURN (UPPER(Left(@string, 1)) + LOWER(RIGHT(@string,LEN(@string)-1)))
END
